Vikash singh filed complaint against Samsung on May 14, 2019
I bought a Samsung AC a few months back. My Ac is in warranty period. A few days back when I switched on my Ac it was not working. I called the service centre for help as it was so hot in Kolkata. The Samsung service centre sends people twice and then did not do anything they just watched the Ac and left. We kept on calling the service centre and then another person comes in and tells us that the ac is physically damaged and you have pay ***** rupees to mend it. We asked him about the warranty he replied its physically damaged. As per my knowledge, we did not damage it. What if when the person came to install it damaged it? How can the service guys be so sure that we damaged it? And its in warranty. Still, we agreed to pay the money because we wanted the AC back. He shows up one day and takes **** rupees as an advance fee and he never shows up. This is how Samsung works. If I have a warranty why should I pay so much?
