Reliance Digital - Ac not delivered and my money not refunded

Hello,
I've purchased an AC on **/**/**** in reliance digitals, just before the lock down happened. They told me it would delivered on Monday, so, I've paid ***** .due to lock down delivery not processed , and I obey it. But they didn't inform me, when it comes what happened to my product and etc...,, its okay with that. But i've been trying to reach them, no body responding properly, I've contacted employee of reliance digital, he showed very negligible manner. I asked him at least transfer my money back , and he responded very uncivilized manner. I trusted reliance digital is great company , so everything in that is under the responsible of good employees. . But now I came to know that, they not at all care about customers, they never bother about the money of the customers. I've called to customer care also, they have also said, I have to wait till lock down end point. I asked them money can transfer though online , why don't they care about it.
