Purchased carrier split AC from Reliance. Purchase date * June ****. AC installation is done by reliance and AC stopped working on May **. I called carrier service centre multiple times to get it resolved but every time I was getting the response that call has been raised with reliance they will correct it. After multiple followups, I opted for paid urban clap service on ** May ****. As per urban clap, AC has installation fault as the gas pipe joint is in-wall and AC reinstallation is required and gas refilling will work for a couple of weeks only. Again gas issue and this time I contacted directly reliance and they are not willing to solve it as installation fault and want me to pay for reliance fault which I am not willing to do. I purchased AC for ****** + **** (repair cost under warranty).

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
