Marq By Flipkart - AC compressor not rplaced

Marq AC (flipkart brand) bought on ** May **** and it was under warranty of * year and compressor warranty was for * years.
On **th June **** ac stopped working, registered a complaint with Marq on ** June **** with case id: *F**-*****JNSCON-*******.
Technician visited on ** July **** and told compressor is defective and will be replaced.
After continued complaint and calls I came to know that compressor is out of stock and company will replace the product and asked me to update the address which I've done by sending them the mail and also on call.
Since then they are saying to wait for **-** hours every time I call/email them.
And also they closed my complaint unnecessarily many times by saying customer not responding but in actual I didn't got any call from them
