Order cancelled by rider who abused to my younger brother on call
And by saying I was unresponsive on call
Still I provided call details with the rider to zomato but nothing was done
Than I placed order and same rider was allocated to it so i asked on chat to change the delivery guy
But executive hamaido lied by saying yes we are changing and all but did nothing
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
