Ekart logistics - Abusive behavior by delivery executive

This is regarding delivery executive behavior during the time of delivery
The executive name is bachi who belong to a village name called Chilakaluripet with pin code ******
He was at my door sterday with a very rude attitude and used abusive language towards me where I am carrying my ** month old baby and feeding her so I could not take the call for which he used very abusive language and did not deliver the order and went down shouting yelling at me in telugu with all the rudest things he could
My neighbors who were outside tried to stop him but he abused them and ran away
My baby was frightened with the whole situation and cried uncontrollably because of the executives rude behavior
I went through a lot of fear and could not take care of her in that tough n rough situation which the delivery executive created
I took a picture while he s leaving

This kind of behavior is highly unacceptable We are paying and buying the product no one giving us for free of cost
