My order was placed on **.**.**** and was dispatched via Ekart Logistics with tracking ID LUAP**********. I was able to track the parcel until Monday, **.**.****, but since then there have been no further updates.
I have also contacted the local Ekart delivery center, but they informed me that the parcel has not yet arrived at their center.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
