I ordered a mixer juicer jar through Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************), which was delivered in completely damaged/broken condition. After initiating a replacement request, the matter became unnecessarily prolonged due to repeated contradictions and irregularities in the replacement and logistics workflow involving Flipkart and Ekart.
During the first replacement attempt, the delivery executive reportedly recorded photographs of the item and processed system activity, but the replacement process was allegedly not properly completed despite the transaction later appearing as “completed” within the system.
Subsequently, another delivery executive inspected the damaged item, raised objections regarding dust/condition, and stated that pickup would be attempted the following day. However, shortly thereafter, I received a delay notification citing logistical constraints, followed by cancellation activity relating to the replacement request. After repeated support escalations and grievance follow-ups, another replacement request has now reportedly been initiated.
The continuous contradictory updates, repeated cancellations, and prolonged grievance handling have caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to my academic schedule despite continuous cooperation from my side throughout the process.
I request a proper supervisory investigation into the logistics and replacement handling process, completion of the replacement under proper supervision, and an appropriate written acknowledgment regarding the inconvenience caused.
