No Broker - Absolutely no service provided

I have purchased no broker plan for approx *k where they promised maximum leads. After ** days of the service all they have done is showed lead details as ** and all are showing rejected. When I asked them to provide me contacts of the same they provided only ** contacts saying these are the only leads and else are not actual leads. When I contacted those ** leads most of them didn't respond and one who responded said they have blocked no broker number. When I asked for senior they connected me to guy called Rohit and he had no answers just I will take this as a feedback and cut the call. I have paid *k without any service received.
