I HAVE BOUGHT MY MOBILE FROM S.K ELECTRONICS SHOP IN FEROZEPUR AFTER WATCHING ITS SPECIFICATIONS ONLINE ON SAMSUNG OFFICIAL WEBSITE . BUT AFTER USING IT COUPLE OF MONTHS I FOUND THE APPLICATIONS LIKE SAMSUNG PAY AND SECURE FOLDER AND OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY MY MOBILE DEVICE MODEL BUT THESE ALL THE APPLICATIONS ARE RUNNING ON THE OTHER LOWE BUDGET MODEL OF THE SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE. THIS THING MAKE ME FEEL SO BAD AS I HAVE PAID ***** INR TO THE COMPANY WHICH IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT AND USER EXPERIENCE IS NOT WORTH. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS. AS SAMSUNG IS A TRUST WORTHY BRAND AND I HAVE SPENT THIS MUCH MONEY JUST BECAUSE OF BRAND VALUE. IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU EITHER REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT OR WANT THE SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
