OLA Cabs - Abnormal High Charge Wrong Billing Cheating

*. While booking, OLA app showed appx ** KM total distance also GMap showing **KM distance from pickup (EA */* Deshbandhunagar Rd, Baguiati, Kolkata) to drop location (Rayan Burdwarn). Your final invoice is also showing **KM as per map/route but by the car meter reading you were charged for ***KM? which is **+km higher??
The route is of NH* Highway & there are no alternative diversions. Driver took the shortest route by app and no request / route guidance was given to him. In this case, I am quite surprised why I should pay for extra KMs or if it is a trap of OLA app to show lower fare while booking and charge high while ending in out station booking?? There may be issue with odometer reading also. pls investigate.(Screenshot attached)
** As reference, while we choose local cabs, they charges Rs **** or **** max incl toll on same route. This time, I Paid (****+***) Rs ****.

*. I knew that I had to pay for one side toll for one way ola booking but the driver insisted on giving both ways as per OLA new rule, otherwise he became rude. So i recharged double to his fast tag. (Screenshot attached) . While raising a complaint, I came to know from your representative that I was supposed to pay for one way only. The extra Rs *** will be refunded.(Call Record attached)
