Delhivery - A VERY SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE WITH ILLITERATE PEOPLE

Amit Chauhan filed complaint against Delhivery on Oct 1, 2021

A replacement product of Wakefit Mattresses protector is pending by Delhivery from last *-* weeks.

Several attempts has been completed and I have raised several re attempts by wakefit as well however after in every attempt Delhivery guys explains that we got a mis-route container because of the seniors

I believe till now in Delhivery, I dinot spoke to any literate people who can even listen the query clearly
Pick up guys say that we have to give this request to the new guy who will complete the deliveries of your area
A lady from delhivery who confirms the status of the product, she never understand and listen properly and she always disconnect the call with out knowing the fact that she is there to listen the query and its her job.

Is delhivery company only creating mess for people ?
