Purchased a Samsung S** FE *G on amazon India by paying in full and for express delivery. Received the package pre diwali night at *. Opened it on Diwali Morning to realize they have sent a broken cheap used Vivo phone. Since then having chasing amazon for refund. They have sent pickup boys * times only to refuse to collect and thus refund every time.
Financial loss - **k
Mental harassment - unmeasurable.
