I have ordered a repair service, paid the amount . The technician informed that PCB of my split a.c (non -inverter Videocon * star *.* ton) is faulty where as PCB was ok except loose contact . The a.c was getting on and sometimes getting powered off due to loose contact of a connector on PCB. They were insisting on PCB repair that would cost ****. But I said NO. So, they fixed back the PCB (which they have taken away and kept with them) after * days. They connected back the sensors and connectors and while fixing the top cover, they had broken the hinges . That can not be repaired as they were made of plastic. And the a.car was showing E* error (temperature ensor error )which they might have wrongly connected or broken . The same were reported to Nobroker escalation . But they refused to attend and make them ok for which they are responsible. Due to which , being heart patient, I was unable to use my a.c in this hot summer and suffered mentally and physically . Ot is total negligence, reckless nature, difficiency of service .
