its getting frustrating now.its been more than ** hours. I am calling go ibibo again and again but nobody is helping. I am calling * times a day and everytime they says "we are calling you in ** minutes" but nobody answers. this is getting ridiculous behaviour or customer service Mr. Shubahm, Mr. Ujjawal are the guys who are picking up calls and promising to call back in few minutes. but I am feeling harassed and unanswered after ** hour of complaint.
it is so unfortunate to travel with the help of goibibo that they are compensating your problem with *** rupees only. they are saying we are so sorry for the life threatening experience you had with our service so for that we are offering you *** rupees. I am so shocked by listening this and replied sorry dude I dont need your *** rupees you just say it to social media forum and say mam with the sorry we are giving you resolution of *** rupees. I am just wondering... is this the cost of a human/ customer/ consumer who is using your platform to book journeys from you guys?*** rupees... seriously?? I started my round trip journey by *:**AM from Saket to ChandigarhIt was really pathetic experience the driver was driving so slow just to make extra time and money.
In sometime I got to know that the outstation cab which I booked is speed meter locked that means this car can not run more than **km per hour. So the journey which you could have completed in just * hour took me ** hour. Express way are meant to cover the gap but even motor cycle and Delhi autos were overtaking you.
My concern is: if you guys have such cars you should inform the customer for that first.
I had my meeting by **AM, which I missed because of this stupid policy of GoIbibo
I reached there by **:** so my whole trip was futile and I stayed there for ** minutes only and then by **:** we started from Chandigarh. That guy was not medically fit to drive car (first), he was continuously having Gutkha (which smelled like hell in the car), he was smoking too, and then he stopped his car to refuel three times and he purposefully Taking the long ques so that he can make more time and money. So we reached Delhi back by * pm which means the journey which I could have completed in just *-* hours it took ** hours. And cherry on cake is he started feeling dizziness so you have to be attentive too so that you don’t meet with an accident. The car doesn’t have any music system so that you can get entertain and of course that leads to yawn more and more and driver feels sleepy.
I paid all road taxes (*** rupees) and the toll even after I did pay through gobibo option as well.
I want ** percent refund back. Because it is complete unprofessional attitude of the driver and goibibo. And harassment of a customer and such a careless attitude towards consumer.
You guys have your own meter and google map recording and you can varify my above statements for it. Specially the time I stopped to attend my meeting. And the time he spent at dhabas, petrol pumps.
Last but not least I don’t want you to cut drivers money for this it is completely your responsibility to check on this whether the car have speed meter lock if it’s there you should inform your customer about it. So that they can cancel it on time.
You guys really wasted my time and ruined my important meeting. and put my life on risk
