I have stopped using Hathway internet from May **** since I have moved out of those premises. I have so far received almost ** calls asking me to either renew or recharge alongside offering discounts and other things. They are least bothered about a customer's preference and convenience and end up calling multiple times despite requesting the closure of the same. I have also been told that someone would come and pick up the router and modem, but nobody has turned up yet. It's annoying to the core when I get up to pick up the phone and it's these guys again. They simply tell you that you won't get more such calls, and very next day you are talking to another executive of their convincing you to recharge. Terrible after-sales service. I won't recommend Hathway ever to anyone. Period.
