I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop I bought in this year April.
Here are the details below

I encountered with problem twice in just * month
First time: I was in meeting and had to present one ppt and then major turn off.
The charger was faulty. Then in just ** minute the Pin of the charging got faulty.
Second time: I was working on my data sheet of my important project and suddenly the LED screen turned off.
The Motherboard and RAM had issues.
I have downloaded no additional software nor adapted the OS in any way. This is gaming laptop and I did not download a single game in it. Even after not using the laptop to the fullest of it’s abilities the motherboard got crashed.
Somehow or other way my whole laptop got refurbished which is really ridiculous and heartbreaking because I spent and invested my hard earned money.
I purchased it at - **,*** rupees.
I am attaching the proof of purchase along with this.
On the urgency basis I had to buy new laptop.
I want full refund of my laptop which is really fair if I am buying such expensive laptop and encountering twice with MAJOR MAJOR problem like motherboard. I can’t trust DELL now for any product. I am ready to escalate this to any level to get my hard earned money back. Why I don’t want repair or replacement: Because it is completely dissatisfaction with the product. I want full refund.
