It was ** Aug when Broadband connection discontinued, Called Airtel engineer as per Airtel sms, He told that their is some problem in line and we will correct it by evening.I waited till *: ** PM bit no call no visit, Team leader Mr. Humza said Sir ground engineer should have been there for visit. He checked with engineer on conference call and engineer state forward denied that the team leader Humza gave any case under my name. Again Humza said sorry Sir we will resolve it by Tomorrow afternoon anyhow.I again waited but no visit even no callback.Again when I called he said Sir team is in different location but I'm sending another person to find out the problem.I said ok.A guy came into scooty with lot of luggage and said Sir Wire connection is broken, I said then make it, he said I can't make it, I'm here just to check.I said call your team and call them here, he called and they said they are about to get free in an hour and will come to my place after that for sure. I said ok. No one came again. I tried to call team leader Humza but call not answered. Next morning no one responded to my call even the ground enginer. I called the customer care team and spoke to senior guy who said give me * hrs I am assigning special team since the case is pending from **th Aug.Again they cheated me with no call no visit and so solution. I called again very next day ie. **st Aug and spoke to another senior and she also said by ** noon you problem will get resolved but again it's past ** noon but still no update. I'm feeling like I have been cheated again and again. I'm on a Work from Home but without good internet speed I did nothing nor my kids took a single online class since **th Aug.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
