Swiggy - 30 mins guarantee or free promise broken by swiggy

I placed this order today as I had function at home hoping this will be delivered within ** mins. But u guys delivered the order ** mins so I had to serve my guests very late. Now before I place the order there is nowhere swiggy talks about the terms and conditions for ** mins guarantee which is misleading to customers. But when we ask refund swiggy has all the problems. I've attached the screenshots of the actual order processing there is nowhere swiggy says that the ** mins guarantee is only below Rs.*** but when they fail their promise and when we ask refund they come up with all their reasons saying this is only below Rs.*** this should be made clear to customers before the order is placed so that we all on the same page. But swiggy hiding it cunningly and showing its true shitty color when they fail. This is not acceptable
