Dear team,
This is a complaint regarding your check in staff Mr Uzair (employee code ******) from Srinagar airport. I, Zeeshan Shekhani taken Spice Jet flight from Sringar to Mumbai via New Delhi - flight Number SG ***.
I have checked in late and Mr. Uzair (Employee code ******) started yelling me and my family and refused to check in and boarding us due to late arrival on airport. After alot of request from me and my wife Mrs Uzma Z Shekhani he allowed us check in on condition that he won't allow cricket bat to check in.
We had * cricket bats along with us (costing Rs ****) which was supposed to be checked in but Mr Uzair didn’t allowed and was very rude in his behaviour..we requested him a lot but he didn’t consider nor gave us any suggestions which we later got from other staff members but was of no use because he disposed our cricket bats
I am lodging police complaint against Mr. Uzair (employee code ******) for misbehaving and disposing our cricket bats which was costing Rs **** (two bats)
Kindly resolve this issue asap
