On ** July oppo launch her new smartphone oppo k* and their first sale goes on ** July **:** am on Amazon. Here I missed **** Amazon pay Cashback you know why because I booked this phone before the time. But the main problem is that when you show big banners on the landing page you show timing meter i.e.* day remaining,** hr remaining,* hr remaining and certainly you start the sale before the time.
All of us know the craze of these phones which comes with limited stock on sale and start at fixed timing if unfortunately, the sale starts before few minutes then no one wants to wait they know after few of minutes sales goes out of stock and again wait for next sale date
anyone avoid delay.
So here I do the same. Actually, sale timing is ** July **:** am and I have a wait of sale from ** minutes certainly. They start sale on approx **:** am here I don't want to wait of **:** am. I know sale goes out of stock after *-* minutes. I experience how quickly these limited phones sell. Then without any late, I have placed this order oppo k* on **:** am and waiting for * days of cashback date.
But after ** days I haven't received cashback. I call to Amazon support team then they tell me this reason that you booked this phone before time. I haven't complained about cashback policy of Amazon they are right at own position they follow her terms and conditions
Here I have complained about Amazon company why you start this sale before time here you break your own sale timing policy. Here you do fraud with your few customers. So I request to VOXYA please file a complaint to this fraud company.
