On June **, ****, I went to Dadu’s Sweet shop near Paradise Circle in Secunderabad and ordered * KG of sweets through Swiggy to avail Swiggy Lite benefits. I provided the same sweet shop address for delivery as I had an upcoming outstation journey in ** minutes.
Hence, I requested the sweet shop management to directly provide me with the order, but they refused to give it to me as Swiggy’s delivery driver acceptance is required, then immediately i called Swiggy’s driver and Initially, he said he would arrive in *-* minutes, but later he said he could not reach due to traffic and my bus would leave.
Hence, I messaged Swiggy customer service to cancel my order and refund my money, and they cancelled it without giving prior notice that there would be a ***% cancellation fee.
Now, initially no body is responded from Swiggy on refund but after so much struggle now they are saying they will not refund as cancellation did not happen within a minute time.
I need justice in this case.
