Zebpay - ZebpayScam ZebpayFraud Request to Delete Zebpay account ignored nor help from Zebpaysupport

I've a #Zebpay account and I would like to delete my account permanently. My request is repeatedly ignored.
My account is KYC verified.
I already followed the steps ( "Security Center " > "Deactivate account") to Delete my account but the request is never processed; it's pending forever.
I've raised #ZebpaySupport tickets #****** , #******
The status of these tickets are: "Being Processed"
It's being processed for forever.
Check my attached screenshots for reference.
Then I tried to reach #Zebpaysupport team regarding this issue.
But no response received from their side.
I even tweeted on Zebpay's official twitter handle #Zebpay and #Zebpaysupport
But no response from there either.
After losing all hope I turned to #Voxya_
