Gazi Salauddin filed complaint against Vodafone Idea on May 7, 2020
It is a similar issue with my previous complaint for ***** where
I Have Been Incorrectly Charged For Internet Usage For Rs *** and I Do Still Have **+GB plus the GST being charged is also high Of which I have no such knowledge.
I Tried All Options *** ,***,**********, Even Wrote To Vodafone Customer Care And Appellate But Still Didn't Got Even A Single Response From The Vodafone End Apart From Auto Acknowledge Email.
Not Even A Ticket Or Complain Number.
I Only Can Hear Hollow Words In IBR That Vodafone Is Trying It's Best To Support In COVID_** Situation With Limited Team.
But To Speak With My Experience There Is No One To Recieve Your Request Infact I Spent More Than Hours Every Day For Three Days And I Haven't Got Any Response Yet.
I Hope I Am Sharing My Grivience Here Atleast If There Will Be An Ear To Hear Me Out .
I was happy when similar issue was resolved with above specified ticket number it is recurring again which is very much concerning and even the vendor doesn't have a decency to give any notification or explaination that why this is occurring again
