Bhemanpally Sathish Kumar filed complaint against Parimatch india on Oct 20, 2025
I deposited ₹**,*** on ** October **** at **:** AM via PhonePe from my HDFC Bank (xxxx****) to Paytm UPI ID **********@ptsbi for my Parimatch account (User ID: *********).
The transaction ID is T**********************, and UTR ************.
PhonePe and HDFC Bank confirmed the transaction was successful and the funds reached the receiving bank, but Parimatch has not credited the amount to my account even after * days. Their support keeps asking me to wait, which is completely unacceptable.
This has caused financial and mental distress. I have attached proofs showing successful payment and my attempts to contact them.
I request immediate action — either credit the ₹**,*** to my Parimatch account or refund it to my HDFC Bank account without delay.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
