latest issue that happened for Appt ID*********** for Ford Eco spot. we have been mis leaded again
We checked the vehicle personally with our representative at found that condition of the vehicle is not matching with the description provided
Car is painted more than what is updated in description. Its really not as per description provided in the attached screenshot.
If required we can have a joint inspection with Cars ** team and can result the verdict accordingly
We have faced such discrepancies earlier as well and its very difficult to get the solution on quick tracks
Pls help with solution ASAP.
Note:- In order to get the accurate information and F*F inspection we invested good amount of money and time when description is not correct then we loss the same without compensation
Suggest how Cars** helping dealer to reimburse such losses
This is simply very unprofessional and unethical stuff
Seeking some quality feedback on this and TAT for the solution
