Been trying to call D@H for * weeks now to get the set-top box sorted, but the complaint is either not registered or followed up. one guy called to ask what is the problem and never followed back or received the call. its *** still in my videocon account and my tv isn't working. tired of calling the customer care every day with ill-mannered staff and so-called senior staff to respond to complaints. * weeks no action
