Travolook - Refund Pending

Harsh Omar filed complaint against Travolook on Jun 28, 2021

I booked a flight Ticket with travolook.com for Kanpur to Delhi flight @****rs and it got cancel automatically and payment deducted from my bank.

I received a call from travolook and she asked me to wait for **hr and your balance will reflect at your source account.

I had not received any refund i wrote a mail to support@travolook.in and after multiple follow-ups i received a mail to wait for **-** days excluding Sat-Sun but it has completed and not received any refund yet.

Please do the needful.
