Neel Mevada filed complaint against Make My Trip Pvt Ltd on May 17, 2023
I have booked the flight from Makemytrip and it got cancelled by Airline itself. Airline was GoFirst. I have got a confirmation email from airline that they have done the refund to makemytrip and I have received an email and also received the invoice copy which shows us refund transaction over there.
My flight got cancelled on *th may ****, and I also got an email from GoFirst about refund has been transferred to the payment mode from where I did book. On *th may **** to *th may **** I also got a message on my makemytrip account that My refund has been received by makemytrip and they will do refund to me as soon as possible but after *th may ****, they have removed that status from the admin side and now its showing me that refund has not been received. so it surely looks like that make my trip has already receive the refund but they are denied and giving me baseless reason that they have not received the refund. we have an official statement from goofiest team about my refund but makemytrip is denying and not giving us back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
