Please find the below end of the mail which i purchase two different products from Eureka forbes details
Actual happened
Sales Executive guy from Eureka Forbes, His name is Naveen he made me fool and convinced me to purchase * Eureka forbes water purifiers
*) Nrich HD UV
*) Green RO
Hemanth is a manager for that sales team. He blocked my number and attended calls from different numbers and once he identified my voice and disconnected the call after * mins my number went into his block list.
Find the below mentioned product and details
First product "Dr. Aquaguard NRICH HD UV Water Purifier"- Customer id- **********
Purchase on *th Jun'** i wasn't satisfied with this product so i cancelled on **th Jun'**. As Naveen said, money will get refunded within * working days, Now it's almost ** days.
i haven't received money yet, before cancellation he made me to purchase Second Product
Second Product " Dr. Aquaguard Nrich HD Green RO Water Purifier"- Customer id -**********
Delivered on Sat, **th Jun'** i spent **K on this Product quality and service is not as per the Expectation.
i decided to break my chain with eureka forbes due negligence of response from Hemanth and Naveen.
I never found this kind of behaviour from anyone, I cancelled both products.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
