Cars 24 - RC not delivered to me and car parts are also missing

Hello Sir ,
I have bought Skoda Kushaq style *.*
Ltr from cars** Rajauri garden Office in June **** at almost ******* (** lacs) .
And others issues are also there in the car .
They told me my RC will be delivered to me in august month .
It is November **** I haven’t received my RC yet . Now they are giving me the address which is much from my home address and saying that pick your RC from this address .
*) Why this was not communicated before that I will have to pick my RC from any address? And cars** is not going to deliver it .

My *nd issue -
I have got * AMC services from cars** .
Before picking up my car the person from cars** told me that they have serviced your car.
But then when I went to AMC service on *nd november the service buddy told me that Ac filter and A-C filter cover is missing from your car .
And it will cost ****+ to me .
So as a customer is it my responsibility that before buying car I need to check Ac filter and A-C filter cover by opening up the car ?
Now who is going to pay amount of ****+ for Ac filter and A-C filter cover ?

Please help me on this .
I am really concerned on this and facing issue also in making call to you guys . Nobody is helping me in this properly . They are just sating another person from cars** will call you and raise a ticket on your behalf. And the another person never called me .

It is an humble request to help me .
