Professional Courier - Professional Courier is highly unprofessional behavior

I have been trying to reach for an update on my parcel delivery. It was sent on *th May from Rewari for Bangalore delivery. It's already ** days and I have not received it. When I am trying to reach your Rewari office they are asking me to reach Bangalore for any update. When reaching Bangalore they are asking to reach Delhi office for update. Delhi office was not picking my call and once picked took tracking number and asked to call later for details since than they are not picking my call. but nobody is giving information just directing to one another. It's my Mother's medicine and each day delay is impacting her health. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
