Vodafone Idea now VI - Postpaid bill paid and request to cancel but not do

My Name is Rajiv. That postpaid number is **********. I am not used this number. I bought for my friend. He cheated me. For Oct and Nov **** bill generated. in Vodafone threatened me to pay by filling complaint and all. I have paid Rs.*** instead of *** bill amount. I told them to cancel that number. but They still not cancel my number and again billed the amount of Rs.**** for last * months i..e jan to apr **** . I am helpless. this number is not used from oct ****. but they putting a bill amount. what to do. this is mistake of the employee from VI. I am not responsible for that. But they threatening me to pay again. Please help me to come out of it.
