I am Mohammed Vasif customer of ICICI Bank and user of imobile app After I recharge an Airtel Prepaid unlimited calling pack with * GB data online of Rs.*** for a validity of ** days through imobile app at around *:** am on ** July **** on Airtel mobile number it was shown that it was successful during recharge and in statement of bank after that money was also deducted from my bank account for Rs.***.** but it is not activated on the said mobile number and while making calls it is still saying that the validity has expired and it is not activated.
Below I will attach the transaction statement with payment refrence no. ********** which I have received in my e passbook from the ICICI bank.
