Mohinder Singh Rana filed complaint against DTDC on May 17, 2025
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in the delivery of my parcel with tracking number T********.
According to your records, the courier was marked as delivered on **-**-**, but as of now (**-**-**, **:** PM), I have not received the parcel. This delay has caused inconvenience and a loss of service on my end.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently. Additionally, I would like to know the procedure for claiming a penalty or compensation for each day of delay, as this has affected my schedule and commitments.
