I am filing this complaint against Kwabey regarding Order ID: *******. I had earlier placed an order from the company in the beginning of April ****, but they failed to deliver the products even after waiting for around **–** days. Later, the company cancelled the order from their side and instead of refunding the money to my original bank payment source, they added the amount into their wallet/store balance, leaving me with no other option except to order again from the same company.
Using that wallet balance and additional payment, I placed Order ID: ******* around *–* May ****. However, even after more than ** days, the order is still showing only “Processed” with no dispatch update, tracking ID, or delivery information.
I have continuously tried contacting the company through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms. I have sent more than *** messages, but they neither answer calls nor reply to messages. Their customer support is completely unresponsive.
At this point, I no longer want the order. I request an immediate refund of my money directly to my original bank payment source using the same mobile number/payment details used while placing the order. The company’s behavior is causing financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience.
I request immediate action against the company for non-delivery, non-responsive support, unfair refund practices, and misleading customers.
