I placed a prepaid order #******* on Sanfe.in on ** April ****. I have made full payment, but the order has not been delivered till today. There is no shipping update, no tracking details, and no communication from the company.
I had earlier sent an email to care@sanfe.in requesting cancellation of the order before shipping. However, I have received no response or confirmation regarding the same. Follow-ups through email and WhatsApp numbers have also not received any proper reply or update.
This amounts to no delivery after payment and a clear deficiency in service. I request you to kindly take immediate action on the following:
Provide current status and tracking details of the order, OR
Cancel the order immediately and initiate full refund to my original payment method, OR
Deliver the order without further delay.
I also request suitable compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused due to this delay and lack of communication
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
