I placed an order on * May **** from Sanfe with Order ID *******.I have made payment of *** rupees. The order status is still showing “Order Placed / Unfulfilled” and has not been dispatched even after ** days. I contacted customer support multiple times through email/messages but received no response. I request immediate dispatch of the product or a full refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
