Arvinder Singh filed complaint against Sanfe Redroom Technology Pvt Ltd on May 4, 2026
The order was placed on **th April, the status of the order till date is 'Order Placed'. I have tried calling the service helpline every alternate day and get to hear only one recording "All our associates are busy helping other customer's, please email us and someone will get in touch with you".
Have emailed twice on the email id provided on their website with no response yet.
The other helpline number ********** no one either answers or will be always busy.
The chat bot says that it will handover to a agent and after that nothing.
Have tried using their bot, email and both the phone numbers for *.* weeks now with monreaponse at all.
Highly unsatisfied.
I need to request to cancel my order and refund the amount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
