I booked the movers and packer service from No Broker on **th Of august by giving a token amount of ***/- for my shifting which was planned for *nd of September. Mr. Sreekanth, who has been identified as my moving manager, has promised that a **-foot truck will be at your door at nine o'clock. on *nd September, ****.
NO one showed on at day and but I was unable to reach him as he was not logged in at that time. Around **:** he called me and told me to wait some more time, but even after waiting at the end he said that he is unable to provide mover and packer as that area comes Non-serviceable, but surprisingly offered me that he provide a booking for *rd September.
*.From last ** days he was not aware if that area comes under serviceable or not.
*.As I lost trust, so I had no option but to book a *rd party vendor on a higher price (*****/-) as it was a last movement booking which gave me a lot of financial Damage and agony to me and to my family.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
