Zebpay - My friend sent BTC to my LTC account

I Received *.******** BTC to my LTC address below *P*Lfq*KcknDsVi*kKb*kujLDsKBPmxNsh from this wallet - **beVfNJPc*stcmB*LmiHT*YHwcY**EaNi tx id - b*af**fa*f**f******b*cb*fe*e***f**e***cda***b*b***b*b****e***fe*
I gave my frnd this wallet saying LTC only ,but when making payment he accidentally sent me BTC thinking its BTC wallet, because Zebpay LTC wallet looks same as BTC,
After contacting support they replied me after **dsaying they will recover my money and it will *months to do so,
Now I waited for more then * and half month and they still say I need to wait *more months,
This is poor support,
Please help me in resolving this issue with them
