First time i had scheduled my Car sell inspection appointment on *th March,****.
Executive Mayur Bhavsar came that day between *.** pm to *.** pm and done my inspection fully.
After that till date i have not received Quote of my car.
Many times, i called Mr. Mayur Bhavsar and he told me that he submitted my Inspection details in other car appointment id by mistake.
Even called many times to your customer care for this complaint and ask them to update inspection details update in my scheduled appointment id and provide me Quote.
Even i am getting phone calls and messages that your schedule Inspection appointment not done so reschedule the same.
After so many efforts till date i have not received Quote for my car sell from CARS**.
Its disappointing that this type of services i got from Cars** and which is so harassed me and hampered me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
