Aqib khan filed complaint against Cars 24 on May 7, 2025
I recently purchased a car from Cars**, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Here are the issues I faced:
*. False Promises on Exchange Bonus: I was clearly assured an exchange bonus of ₹**,*** if I exchanged my car through Cars**. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received this amount.
*. Misleading Information on Car Service: I was told the car had been serviced before delivery. However, just ** days later, I discovered it hadn’t been serviced for over a year.
*. Unprofessional Behavior: When I raised these concerns, the staff, including Gopal ji and Ravi ji, were dismissive and rude, stating, “It’s not in our hands, do whatever you want.”
*. No Resolution Despite Repeated Complaints: Despite contacting Cars** over *** times, I have received no solutions or accountability.
This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will be forced to explore legal action against Cars** and its leadership, including Vikram Chopra.
I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Cars** and hope the company addresses this matter seriously.
