I have purchased Ola S* Air electric scooter on *st Sep **** and got it delivered on **th Oct ****, but right after a couple of days it is not accepting charging (from first attempt) and total system got dead with handle lock. After several approach to nearest service center and raising online complaints I did not get any positive response or action from OLA service team. it is now more than a month my vehicle is laid under breakdown.
As per ola executive suggestion I bought "ola Care plus" plan on *th Nov** to resolve my issue ASAP but still Ola did not respond/attend any of my further complaints/tickets till date.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
