My name is Mrs.ABC... I got my US Citizen on ** Aug ****... I have been granted e- Tourist Visa ...On this Visa One can enter and exit India Twice with in ** days.... Accordingly I visited India firstly on **th Sept ****...this was from New York to Mumbai.... at the Mumbai Airport an Immigration officer who stamped Visa On My Passport Ticked Box of *st entry and put a cross line on second and Third Entry box....On ** Oct when I was to travelling from St. Louise to New York and Then New York to Mumbai ... at New York Air Port when i was boarding the flight ... Air India Staff did not allow me to board the flight saying that second and Third Entry Boxes are cross line on it... I tried calling ** X * Delhi e visa Customer support Call center for about **-** no body replied ...I was sitting helplessly for more than four Hours at New York Air Port but None of the ground staff helped me ....subsequently they cancelled my ticket stating No Show instead to keeping it as a open ticket ... I am frequent traveler still they did not take any helping gesture which is very disappointing more so due to this i have to suffer huge losses both financially and mentally .... I wanted to join my family on occasion of Deshera and seek blessing of Maa Durga And my grand parents ... .
