I had packaging n spillage issue with d food delivered to me also d bag in which food was packed was torn n damaged. After waiting for ** mins they delivered the me such kind of unsafe food with underage delivery boys one of them was wearing SWIGGY T-shirt. When immediately I tried to requested there executive to tk back that unconsumable food they replied it is not our policy but v can refund ur Money.I clearly told them this is not about money but you r providing unsafe food to your consumers n that too with underage kids.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
