Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue regarding no refund against my order ********* which is never delivered.
The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered a Samsung TV through tatacliq on **th July ****. On **st July the Bluedart tracking showed that the parcel is returned to seller and they informed me that the product got damaged and you can ask the refund from your seller(Tatacliq). I called tata cliq support and they told to wait for *-* days and refund will complete. Like that I called tata cliq more than ** times now and still they have not refunded and they even started saying that they don't know which team is handling the issue. I never received my product and even after ** days there is no refund.
It occurred on: **/**/****
Immediately refund my amount of *****.** with interest.
