I have purchased a tower fan from ibell. It has stoped working. It has an warrenty of * year. The product is in warrenty period. I have chat with an ibell representative. I have informed him on ** June. Till now no response given to me. And then said we will dispatched spare parts from here to you after technician will come to resolve. But its a month but spare parts has not dispatched yet. And when i asked for details she said i will talk with spare team and then contact you. She has shared an tracking number of courier of speed post on * July. But there was no any information about courier. The wrong tracking number was given to me . And no call or message has come to me. Today's date is ** july. Not recieved any details yet. Wrost company. Please dont buy the product of ibell. Please support me.
