Nobroker com - amount refund or Finalize the property

Hello Team,
I have finalized the property with nobroker in pune on ** the Feb ****
And u have paid *****/- rupees for the same.
But due to some reason I have backed out from the property,and same is emailed to responsible team and asked for refund, but they are agreed to the same
Then after * month I am ready to buy the property because my I will lost my *****/- rupees.
Then suddenly nobroker team said that owner is not agreed with amount that we have deal.
Then I have asked for Refund again they said that it is not refundable.
Please requesting you kindly look into the matter.
