I ordered Prestige PIC **.*+ ****-Watt induction cooktop black worth Rs **** from Amazon as part of order id : ***-*******-*******. I have not received the product but Amazon claims it is delivered. They say delivery boy has handed over to some security guard when I have not asked to deliver to anyone else but me.If I didnt look in app, I will not even know that Amazon claims it to be delivered, as otherwise I didnt get any notification.
I ordered in amazon as I needed product in * day at my doorstep. If I have to walk , search and collect from somewhere else than my doorstep I could have gone to a shop and buy. Despite same I have searched for same in premise and haven't got the product. Amazon customer care executive Namrata was also not helping in call and have not yet got any resolution from them.
End result is, me being PRIME customer didnt get product in promised delivery time and now have to run for my money and go and buy product from somewhere else in last minute, which is quite disappointing.
Since I have not received the product as Amazon claims I need complete refund of Rs **** back to my bank account promptly. Attached is the invoice of purchase and Amazon app showing false delivered message.
